Short term rental:
The monthly rent is $1,890.00
30% deposit required to hold reservation.
Balance payable 6 weeks before arrival.
Refundable security deposit of $500.00 required.
Additional cost will be electricity, sales and tourist tax (11%)
and $140.00 for cleaning the villa at the end of your stay.

Long term rental:
For more than 6 months the monthly rent is $1,285.00 +utilities.
$1,200 deposit, first and last month rent moves you in...
$50 application fee non refunable.
